Prior to forming Stratevise LLC. in 2011, I was President & CEO of
Global Enterprise Technologies
Corp./GET Group – Passport & ID Division ("GET"). In 2009, as part of a long-term business development
strategy, I decided to hire a senior graphic designer to handle all design requirements for our sales and
marketing team. Ania was recommended to me by a mutual friend, who is also a graphic designer.
Almost immediately, Ania’s first assignment was to lead a large photo-shoot project in New York to build a
library of stock photos for our use in a variety of projects (ads, website, brochures, samples, etc.). This
project drew on many skills, both artistic and management. From working with the photographer on location
sites, designing and creating props, setting and editing lists of image composition requirements, selecting
and preparing models, reviewing and editing images from the photo shoot, and then using the final images
in our materials. Ania proved herself to be a terrific team player, working with several international
colleagues on this project, but taking responsibility for all design related decisions and managing the whole
process to great success. In addition to working so successfully with our administrative and sales and marketing teams on formal design projects, such as product brochures, trade show design, promotional gifts, advertisements, product samples, and our website -- to which she brought incredible talent -- she often took independent initiative to bring an artistic and designer’s “touch” to many aspects of our company that served just to make our work environment so much more beautiful: from conference room branding and design, to a company-wide project where all participating employees created amazing one-of-a-kind works of art to grace the walls of our office.
The Institute for Human Sciences at
Boston University, an affiliate of the Vienna based Institut für die Wissenschaften vom Menschen (www.iwm.at), began working with Aniaart Design in the spring of 2004. The challenge for Ania was to design a brochure for the Boston Institute not from scratch but in keeping with the corporate image established by the Institute in Vienna. On the other hand, we did not want her to replicate the brochures produced in Vienna, as we had been doing (or attempting to do), but to create a distinctive design for the Boston Institute that would still be recognizable as coming from the same Institute. Perhaps the hardest part of the job was to reproduce the Viennese Institute's unusual color scheme, something no printer had been able to do for us in two years. She did it! Ania produced, in record time, a brochure that exceeded our expectations in every way. She worked with a number of templates, but she also had significant input.
Her aesthetic sensibilities are terrific! We especially appreciated the energy and enthusiasm she brought to the project. Ania is not only a talented professional, but a delightful person to know and to work with.
I have met Ania almost 6 months prior to opening my restaurant,
Cafe Polonia. We were looking for someone to design our menus, business cards, gift certificates, logo and marketing materials. Most importantly I was looking for someone to create an image for our restaurant. Being the only Polish restaurant in the greater Boston area we wanted to capture aspects of Polish folk art but at the same time create something trendy and modern. Ania designed a logo that precisely matched what we were looking for. She further helped us with designing stationery, a web site and even advised us on interior decorating and color schemes that complemented the logo. I have used her services for a number of other projects since then and have been more than satisfied with the results. Ania provides timely and professional work that matches her client's specifications. I highly recommend her services for both business and personal use.

Ania worked as a Graphic Designer in my Creative department at
SmarterKids.com where she produced many exceptional banner ads, email templates and web pages. She is proficient in all “office” software (i.e. Word, Excel, PowerPoint…etc.) and very highly skilled in design applications such as Photoshop, Illustrator and Dreamweaver. In a very fast-paced “start-up” atmosphere, Ania always met her deadlines and never lost her smile! She is one of the most creative and pleasant people I have ever worked with. Ania is a true artist, she possesses an excellent eye for composition, typography, and color. She paints, makes jewelry, has keen fashion knowledge and she is a great photographer...

Ania reported to me at
Copyright Clearance Center, Inc. (CCC) as a graphic designer. Nearly from day one
of her tenure at CCC, she exhibited graphic design skills more typically seen in a top-flight advertising agency than in a corporate environment. Ania is a creative, prolific and flexible artist whose work at CCC ran the gamut, from direct mail pieces, to corporate newsletters, to advertisements and brochures and other collateral. As a result of Ania’s work, CCC’s corporate image was transformed to a new and on much more professional level.
Aniaart Design's creative work was instrumental to a book launch event I organized in May of 2002 at the Hotel at MIT. The book is entitled
Business Darwinism - Evolve or Dissolve (2002), and is a business and information technology strategy book for a high level executive audience. In order to create a "look" and image appropriate for such an event, Aniaart Design was engaged to design invitations - both email and print - as well as book marks that were given away with copies of the book. The creative work by Aniaart Design was spectacular. The invitations were unique and eye-catching, yet professional and classy, and employed colors that complemented the book jacket design. The event was a resound success, which was at least partially attributable to the audience attendance generated by professional and eye-catching invitations. Aniaart brings creativity and style to corporate communications, while assuring project goals are met.
